摘 要:利用东非地区某乳化炸药生产线实际运行的经验,研究了在东非地区用中低温敏化技术生产乳化炸药时,水相、油相和敏化剂3个主要组分及种类对乳化炸药性能的影响。调整各组分配比,对比分析炸药的性能,从而得出最优配方。结果表明,乳化炸药的最佳配方:水、油相质量比为93.56.5,水的质量分数控制在10.0%~10.5%之间,水相体系中硝酸钠质量分数控制在8.0%~8.5%之间,敏化体系中亚硝酸钠占总质量的0.09%,体积分数为85%的磷酸占总质量的0.0475%。通过技术控制手段,在东非地区利用中低温敏化技术可以生产出性能优良的乳化炸药。Based on the actual operation experience of the production line of emulsion explosives in East Africa,the effects of three main components and types of water phase,oil phase and sensitizer on the properties of emulsion explosives produced by medium and low temperature sensitization technology in East Africa were studied.By adjusting the distribution ratio of each group to compare and analyze its performance,the ratio of components was optimized.Results show that the water-oil phase ratio is 93.56.5.The water content is controlled to 10.0%-10.5%,sodium nitrate in the aqueous phase system is controlled at 8.0%-8.5%,the sensitized system sodium nitrite is controlled to 0.09%of the total weight,and the concentration of 85%phosphoric acid is controlled to 0.0475%of the total weight.By means of technical control,emulsified explosives with high performance can be produced in East Africa by using medium and low temperature sensitization technology.
