紫草膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察紫草膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效。方法:将深Ⅱ度烧伤患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组予紫草膏治疗,对照组予美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗。比较2组综合疗效和视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分及治疗1、2、3个疗程后的创面愈合率。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.00%(27/30),对照组为60.00%(18/30),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后治疗组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);2组患者治疗1、2、3个疗程后的创面愈合率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:紫草膏中药涂擦治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤能明显改善患者创面情况,提高创面愈合率。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of arnebia root ointment in the treatment of deep grade Ⅱ burn. Methods: A total of 60 patients with deep grade Ⅱ burn were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given arnebia root ointment,and those in the control group were given MEBO moist burn cream. The two groups were compared in terms of overall response,Visual Analogue Scale( VAS) score,and wound healing rate after 1,2,and 3 courses of treatment. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[90. 00%( 27/30) vs 60. 00%( 18/30),P < 0. 05]. After treatment,the treatment group had a significantly lower VAS score than the control group( P <0. 01). There was a significant difference in wound healing rate between the two groups after 1,2,and 3 courses of treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: In the treatment of deep grade Ⅱ burn,arnebia root ointment can significantly improve the conditions of wound and increase wound healing rate.
