摘 要:自动变速器阀体在台架试验过程中发现阀体cooler流量数据不稳定,并且主油压在一定范围内波动,在IP特性曲线时各档位离合器工作在电流500mA的情况下同时出现了电磁阀卡滞现象。通过分析类似自动变速器耐久过程阀体cooler流量过大故障,分析可能会影响cooler流量的主要因素,并对电磁阀、阀芯等相关零件进行交叉试验验证。最后分析得到故障原因为电磁阀的边界数值影响,将优化后的电磁阀进行单体试验,得到cooler流量与对标样件得到的数据基本吻合并无卡滞现象。The automatic transmission valve body was found to be unstable during the bench test,And the main oil pressure fluctuates within a certain range,In the IP characteristic curve,when the clutches of each gear are working at 500Ma,the solenoid valve stuck phenonmenon at the same time.Through analysis of failures similar to the excessive flow of the valve body cooler in the durable process of the automatic transmission,the main factors that may affect the flow of the cooler are analyzed,and cross-test verification of solenoid valves,valve cores and other related parts.Finally,the reason for the failure is the influence of the solenoid valve boundary size,and the optimized solenoid valve is subjected to a single test,and the cooler flow rate is consistent with the date of the standard sample machine and there is no jamming.
