摘  要:企业为节省产品现场试验费用,开发同类产品现场试验与有限元仿真关联研究与验证,以确保有限元分析与现场试验的高度吻合,两者结果误差应在5%以内。据此运用FEA技术对产品设计快速响应,使得设计变更更有针对性。文章以某型号中冷器为研究对象,进行谐响应仿真后发现产品失效。为解决失效问题,理论联系实践,依据产品动力学方程及系统幅频特性曲线,找出影响产品失效的关键因素─频率比。In order to save the expensive field test costs of products,the enterprise develops the correlation research and verification between the field test and finite element simulation for similar products to ensure that the finite element analysis and the field test are highly consistent,and the error between the two results should be within 5%.Accordingly,FEA responds quickly to product design,making design changes more targeted.The article takes a certain type of intercooler as the research object,and after harmonic response simulation,it is found that the product fails.To solve failure issue,integrating theory with practice,according to the system dynamic equation and the system's amplitude-frequency characteristic curve,the key factor-frequency ratio which could be utilized.
