摘  要:以腈纶(PAN,polyacylonitrile)为基体制备PAN基弱碱性离子交换纤维,并对其进行表征;探讨溶液pH、反应温度、吸附时间、溶液初始浓度对其吸附Zn^2+性能的影响,考察盐酸浓度、体积对其再生效果的影响及其重复利用性能。结果表明:在pH为2~6,随着pH的增大改性纤维的吸附性能越好;在303 K时,反应60 min吸附达到动态平衡,最大饱和吸附量为155.33 mg/g,温度对其吸附性能影响不大;5 mL 1.2 mol/L的盐酸溶液对其再生效果最好,具有良好的化学稳定性;吸附Zn^2+的过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,属于单分子层吸附。In this paper,a kind of PAN-based weak alkaline ion exchange fiber was synthesized and was used as adsorbent for Zn^2+.The effects of pH,temperature,adsorption time and concentration of Zn^2+solution on the adsorption performance of modified fibers were investigated.The optimal concentration and volume of hydrochloric acid for desorption the fiber were discussed.The results showed that the adsorption performance of the modified fiber was better as the pH increases within the range of pH=2~6;The adsorption reached a dynamic equilibrium after 60 min of reaction at 303 K,and the maximum saturated adsorption amount was 155.33 mg/g.The temperature had little effect on the adsorption performance of the fiber.The regeneration of the fiber worked best with 5 mL of 1.2 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution,and the modified fiber had good chemical stability.The process of adsorbing Zn^2+by modified fiber conformed to the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model and belonged to monolayer adsorption.
