摘　　要：聚焦张家口贫困地区,针对脱贫不稳定户、边缘易致贫户等特殊群体,及时建立防止返贫监测预警和帮扶机制,对于有效防止返贫致贫、巩固脱贫成果、决战决胜脱贫攻坚、全面建成小康社会,至关重要。It is very important to set up mechanism of monitoring and early warning of preventing the recurrence of poverty and help for poverty alleviation focusing on the families who have been lifted out but who are unstable and easy to recur to poverty in the poverty area of Zhangjiakou for effectively preventing poverty from recurring, consolidating poverty alleviation achievement, winning the fight against poverty and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
