摘 要:为研究钢栈道施工全过程的抗风稳定性问题,通过以黄河大桥施工栈道施工全过程为背景,采用有限元模拟方法对此进行了分析研究。结果表明:在横桥方向风荷载作用下,钢管桩打入地基,在钢管桩之间焊接剪力撑后,其位移绝对值最大为43.7 mm,其最大米塞斯应力为43.6 MPa;钢管桩顶部焊接桩顶梁后,位移绝对值最大为46.8 mm,其最大米塞斯应力为45.9 MPa;桩顶梁上架设贝雷梁,铺设桥面板后,位移绝对值最大为0.76 mm,其最大米塞斯应力为19.6 MPa。可见在横桥向风荷载作用下,从位移和应力角度来分析,钢管桩顶部焊接桩顶梁后为最不利情况。In this study,finite element analysis was implemented on the steel trestle road of the Yellow River Bridge to investigate its wind-resistant stability during the entire construction.In the experiment,steel pipe piles were driven into the foundation and welded with crossing braces among them.The results show that those steel pipe piles are subjected to a maximum absolute displacement of 43.7 mm,which corresponds to a maximum Mises stress of 43.6 MPa under the wind load that is perpendicular to the bridge.With beams welded on the pile top,the maximum absolute displacement of those pipe piles is 46.8 mm,corresponding to a maximum Mises stress of 45.9 MPa.Amounting beret beams on the pile-top beams and laying bridge deck slabs contribute to a significantly dropped maximum absolute displacement to 0.76 mm,corresponding to a maximum Mises stress of 19.6 MPa.Therefore,it is the most disadvantageous to weld beams on the pile top under the wind load that is perpendicular to the bridge,as it results in the largest displacement and Mises stress.
