摘 要:代谢能体系评估家禽能量需要和饲料原料利用价值比较简单和实用,被大多数人接受。但是代谢能体系存在弊端,其没有考虑动物代谢过程中的热增耗,也忽略了饲料原料中不同营养成分能量利用的差异。净能体系考虑了热增耗,被认为是最接近生产目的的能量体系。饼粕类饲料在家禽蛋白质饲料资源中占据重要地位,使用净能体系评价饼粕类饲料的能量利用对家禽生产具有重要意义。因此,本文介绍了在家禽上采用净能体系的优势、研究方法和影响因素,阐述了净能体系评价饼粕类饲料的最新研究进展,并就如何提高饼粕类饲料的净能值进行了探讨,旨在为饼粕类饲料在家禽上的高效利用提供理论依据。Metabolizable energy system,accepted by most people,is a simple and practical methodology used to analyze the nutritional values of feed ingredients and poultry energy requirements.Nevertheless,there are still some setbacks in the metabolizable energy system,such as not considering the heat increment during animal metabolism or ignoring the disparity in energy usage from different nutrients in raw materials.Because the heat increment was considered,the net energy system is supposed to be the best energy system which is closest to the purpose of production.Oilseed meal feeds are important protein sources for poultry,and the net energy evaluating system of the oilseed meal feed utilization has great significance in poultry production.Hence,this paper discussed the advantages,research methods,and influencing factors of using the net energy system in poultry,by explaining the research advancement of the net energy system in evaluating oilseed meal feed resources,and exploring how to improve the net energy value of the oilseed meal feed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient use of oilseed meal feed in poultry.
