摘  要:雏鹅痛风是由于嘌呤代谢障碍,导致高尿酸血症,并以尿酸盐的形式沉积在关节囊、关节软骨、关节周围、胸腹腔及各种脏器表面的一种疾病,近年来在我国广为流传,造成雏鹅死亡和经济损失。研究发现,饲粮营养结构不合理和肠道屏障功能受损是诱发雏鹅痛风的重要原因之一。本文主要综述因饲粮营养结构失衡(如蛋白质水平偏高、钙磷比例失调、钠钾平衡紊乱、微量元素缺乏等)和肠黏膜屏障功能障碍诱发雏鹅痛风的生理机制,并据此提出营养调控技术建议,为有效预防雏鹅痛风提供帮助。Gosling gout is a disease because purine metabolism disorder,lead to hyperuricemia,followed by accumulation of urate crystals in articular capsule,articular cartilage,articular around pleural-peritoneal and surface of various organs.This disease has spread widely and caused serious mortalities in goslings and economic losses.It has been reported that the irrational dietary nutrient compositions and intestinal barrier dysfunctions are one of the important reasons of gosling gout.This paper mainly reviews the physiological mechanisms caused by the irrational dietary nutrient compositions(such as higher protein level,imbalance of calcium-phosphorus ratio,the sodium-potassium balance disorder,the deficiency of trace element and so on)and intestinal barrier dysfunctions in the development of gosling gout.Based on these reasons,we suggested some regulation techniques to prevent gosling gout.
