摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮蛋白质水平对成年比格犬营养物质消化率、氮代谢及血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响。选取14~16月龄体重相近的健康成年雄性比格犬24只,随机分为3组,每组8只。各组分别饲喂蛋白质水平为21.08%(Ⅰ组)、22.39%(Ⅱ组)和25.51%(Ⅲ组)的氨基酸平衡饲粮。预试期为7 d,正试期为30 d。在试验第28天进行连续3 d的消化代谢试验,消化代谢试验结束后采集5 mL左右血清样本,用于测定血清生化和抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)饲粮蛋白质水平对成年比格犬干物质、蛋白质和碳水化合物消化率无显著影响(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组的脂肪消化率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。2)饲粮蛋白质水平对成年比格犬粪氮、尿氮、氮沉积、净蛋白质利用率和蛋白质生物学价值无显著影响(P>0.05)。Ⅲ的摄入氮显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。3)饲粮蛋白质水平对成年比格犬血清总蛋白、葡萄糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量及丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组的血清白蛋白含量显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的血清球蛋白和尿素含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的血清甘油三酯、胆固醇含量以及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅲ组的血清总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在饲粮氨基酸平衡情况下,饲粮蛋白质水平对成年比格犬蛋白质消化率和氮沉积无显著影响,但饲粮蛋白质水平过高会导致血清尿素和丙二醛含量升高。饲粮蛋白质水平为21.08%时,即可满足成年比格犬的生理需要。This research was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary protein level on nutrient digestibility,nitrogen metabolism and serum biochemical and antioxidant indices of adult beagle dogs.Twenty-four healthy adult male beagle dogs during 14 to 16 months of age with similar body weight were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 8 replicates per group.Dogs in 3 groups were fed amino acid balanced diets with protein levels of 21.08%(groupⅠ),22.39%(groupⅡ)and 25.51%(groupⅢ),respectively.The experiment lasted for 30 days after 7 days adaption.A digestion metabolism experiment was conducted for 3 d starting at the 28th day of the experiment,and then nearly 5 mL serum samples were collected for the determination of serum biochemical and antioxidant indices.The results showed as follows:1)dietary protein level had no significant effects on digestibilities of dry matter,protein and carbohydrate of adult beagle dogs(P>0.05).The fat digestibility of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05).2)Dietary protein level had no significant effects on fecal nitrogen,urinary nitrogen,retention nitrogen,net protein utilization and biological value of protein of adult beagle dogs(P>0.05).The intake nitrogen of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).3)Dietary protein level had no significant effects on total protein,glucose,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol contents and alanine aminotransferase activity in serum of adult beagle dogs(P>0.05).The serum albumin content of groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of groupⅢ(P<0.05),the contents of globulin and urea in serum of groupⅢwere significantly higher than those of groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05),and the triglycerides and cholesterol contents and aspartate aminotransferase activity in serum of groupⅢwere significantly lower than those of groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).4)The total antioxidant capacity,glutathione peroxidase activity and malondialdehyde content in serum of groupⅢwere signi
