摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮苏氨酸水平对3~8周龄攸县麻鸭生长性能、免疫器官指数、血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响,以确定3~8周龄攸县麻鸭的苏氨酸需要量。选择300只15日龄、体重相近的攸县麻鸭,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。各组(Ⅰ~Ⅴ组)饲粮苏氨酸水平分别为0.54%、0.60%、0.66%、0.72%和0.78%。试验期42 d。结果显示:1)Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的末重和平均日增重均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组料重比最高,且显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。2)各组之间法氏囊指数、脾脏指数和胸腺指数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清球蛋白含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅳ组的血清尿酸含量最低,且显著低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清丙二醛含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组血清总抗氧化能力显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。5)以末重、平均日增重、料蛋比和血清丙二醛含量为判别指标,通过二次曲线模型估测得出饲粮适宜苏氨酸水平分别为0.68%、0.69%、0.69%和0.71%。由此可见,饲粮苏氨酸水平为0.60%时即可满足3~8周龄攸县麻鸭生长发育需要,但饲粮苏氨酸水平为0.68%~0.71%时可获得较佳的生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力。因此,在本试验条件下,3~8周龄攸县麻鸭饲粮适宜苏氨酸水平为0.68%~0.71%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary threonine(Thr)level on growth performances,immune organ indexes,serum biochemical and antioxidant indices of Youxian partridge ducks aged from 3 to 8 weeks,so as to determine the threonine requirement of Youxian partridge ducks aged from 3 to 8 weeks.Three hundred 15-day-old Youxian partridge ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 10 ducks in each replicate.The dietary threonine levels of five groups(groupsⅠtoⅤ)were 0.54%,0.60%,0.66%,0.72%and 0.78%,respectively The experimental lasted for 42 days.The results showed as followed:1)the final weight and average daily gain of groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere significantly higher than those of groupⅠ(P<0.05);the feed to gain ratio of groupⅠwas the highest,and significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).2)There were no significant differences in bursa of Fabricius index,spleen index and thymus index among all groups(P>0.05).3)The serum globulin content of groupsⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05).The of serum uric acid content of groupⅣwas the lowest,and significantly lower than that of groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).4)The serum malondialdehyde content of groupsⅢandⅣwas significantly lower than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the serum total antioxidant capacity of groupsⅢ,ⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05).5)The optimal level of threonine in diets was 0.68%,0.69%,0.69%and 0.71%based on final weight,average daily gain,feed to gain ratio and serum malondialdehyde content by quadratic regression,respectively.In conclusion,the dietary threonine level of 0.60%can meet the growth and development requirement of Youxian partridge ducks aged from 3 to 8 weeks,but dietary threonine level of 0.68%to 0.71%can obtain better growth performances,serum biochemical indices and antioxidant capacity.Therefore,in this experiments the dietary suitable threonine level of Youxian partridge ducks aged fro
