摘 要:锅炉炉内频繁落渣影响机组的安全、经济运行,如何较准确获得落渣的位置和频率信息对指导燃烧调整,避免炉内频繁落渣具有重要意义。通过在炉底冷灰斗上方布置采用高压气源冷却防污的镜头记录落渣图像,获得高负荷及降负荷过程中炉内的渣块轨迹图像。基于渣块轨迹图像分析,计算渣块的位置、大小和亮度信息。结果表明:采用相邻两帧图像差能够较准确的提取渣块轨迹。针对660MW大型燃煤锅炉进行试验分析,发现炉内落渣空间不均匀,渣块主要来自燃烧器区域,并且前墙右的落渣量要明显高于其他位置。锅炉降负荷时,落渣量明显增加,同时落渣的大小和平均高度都有所增加,统计分析结果与捞渣机油压变化趋势一致。不同渣块的落渣轨迹亮度区别明显,随着落渣高度的增加,亮渣的比例明显增大。The safe and economic operation of coal-fired boiler are influenced by slagging in the furnace.Acquiring the precise information on location and falling frequency of slag is very important to conduct combustion adjustment and avoid the dropping of bulk slag.At the bottom of the furnace,a slag track image recording system was arranged above the ash bucket to obtain the image of slag track during high load and load reduction.High-pressure air source was used to cool the lens and the camera,and prevent the lens from being contaminated.The slag track image processing software was used to calculate the location,size and brightness of the slag.The result showed that slag track could be accurately extracted by subtracting adjacent frames.The slag falling in the furnace was not evenly distributed,and mainly concentrated in the burner area.The amount of slag falling near the front-right wall was significantly higher than other locations.With the boiler load reducing,high-frequency slag falling occurred,and the size and average height of slag falling increased.The measurement results were consistent with the trend of the slag extractor oil pressure.At the same time,the brightness difference of the slag track was obvious,and the proportion of bright slag rise with the increase of the scaling height.
