摘  要:泡沫金属由于占用空间小,散热面积大,可以极大地提升换热效率,小通道填充泡沫金属成为近几年强化换热方向的研究热点。对填充10PPI和20PPI的泡沫金属铜的并联小通道进行了流动沸腾实验研究。通过分析不同工况下的沸腾曲线,发现在相同的壁温条件下,热流密度随着质量流速的增加而增加。在相同热流密度下,填充泡沫金属通道相比空管的换热能力更强,并且PPI越高,换热效果越强。同时,在填充泡沫金属的通道中发现核态沸腾和对流沸腾2种沸腾模式。通过分析泡沫金属对换热系数的影响,发现在相同质量流速下,填充泡沫金属通道的换热系数相比空管都有所增加。通过比较可知,不同PPI泡沫金属虽然对换热系数的影响趋势不完全一致,但是对流动沸腾换热都具有明显的增强作用。最后分析了各工况下换热系数变化情况,基于数据拟合建立了填充10PPI和20PPI泡沫金属的换热系数预测模型,结果表明2个模型均具有良好的预测精度。Due to the small space occupation and large heat dissipation area of metal foam,the heat transfer efficiency can be greatly improved,and the small channel filled with metal foam has become a research hotspot in recent years to strengthen the direction of heat transfer.Flow boiling experiments were conducted on parallel small channels filled with 10 PPI(pore per inch)and 20 PPI metal foam copper.By analyzing the boiling curves under different working conditions,it is found that under the same wall temperature condition,the heat flux density increases with the increase of the mass flow rate.At the same heat flux density,the channels filled with metal foam have stronger heat transfer capabilities than empty channels,and the higher the PPI,the stronger the heat transfer effect.At the same time,two boiling modes of nuclear boiling and convective boiling were found in the channels filled with metal foam.By analyzing the effect of metal foam on the heat transfer coefficient,it is found that under the same mass flow rate,the heat transfer coefficient of the filled metal foam channel is increased compared with the empty channel.It can be seen from the comparison that although the influence trend of different PPI metal foams on the heat transfer coefficient is not completely consistent,they all have a significant enhancement effect on the flow boiling heat transfer.Finally,the heat transfer coefficient changes under various working conditions are analyzed.Based on the data fitting,the correlation coefficients of the heat transfer coefficients of 10 PPI and 20 PPI metal foam are established,the results show that both correlations have good prediction accuracy.
