摘  要:为了实现转子励磁型电励磁电机的无刷化励磁,研究一种感应整流式无刷同步电励磁电机。新结构电机采用传统电励磁电机铁芯。当往定子励磁绕组通入直流励磁电流后,感应激励绕组电流和转子励磁绕组电流产生的磁场在气隙中叠加,共同感应电枢绕组。该方法结合传统的感应励磁和励磁机励磁的优点,实现高效的无刷化励磁。介绍感应整流式无刷同步电励磁电机的结构,绕组分布和基本工作原理,理论分析感应激励绕组电流和转子励磁绕组电流的励磁原理,运用Ansys Maxwell仿真分析发电机的输出电压波形以及调压性能。制作了一台1.5kVA的实验样机,验证了理论和仿真分析的正确性。In order to realize brushless excitation for the conventional electrical excitation synchronous generator(EESG),an induced and rectified brushless excitation synchronous generator(IRBESG)was proposed.The iron core of the novel generator is the same with that of the conventional EESG.When the DC current was injected into the stator excitation winding,the magnetic field produced by the currents of the rotor was added in the air gap to induce the voltage in the armature coils.This method combined the merits of induction excitation and exciter excitation.The structure,winding arrangement and the operating principle of DRBESG was introduced.The excitation principle of the rotor currents was studied theoretically.The waveforms of the output voltage and characteristic of voltage regulation were simulated by Ansys Maxwell.A 1.5 kVA prototype was studied to verify the theoretical and simulated analysis.
