摘  要:超疏水表面具有优越的憎水性和自清洁特性,该文制备了相同材质的超疏水硅橡胶表面和普通疏水硅橡胶表面,设计并进行了雾水润湿条件下污秽表面的闪络试验,观测2种污秽表面的润湿状态、交流电场作用下水滴的动态行为和闪络电压,并对其机理进行探究。结果表明:经过雾水润湿,超疏水硅橡胶表面的污秽区域形成接触角大于90°的分离水滴,非污秽区域的水滴由于维持自身稳定的特性,其体积小于普通疏水表面。相较于干净水滴,污秽水滴的介电常数减小,导致所受电场力增大,但同时摩擦阻力也增大,影响其动态行为。交流电场作用下大部分污秽水滴振动、变形,一些极小污秽水滴及干净水滴滚动、合并。制备出的超疏水表面具有良好的闪络耐受能力,在倾角分别为0°、10°、20°放置时的闪络电压比普通疏水硅橡胶表面高58%,109%,108%。研究结果可以为超疏水表面在电力设备中的推广应用提供参考。The super-hydrophobic surface has excellent hydrophobicity and self-cleaning properties.In this paper,the super-hydrophobic and hydrophobic silicone rubber surface with the same material were prepared,and the flashover test of polluted surface was designed and then carried out under fog wetting condition.The wetting state of the polluted surface,the dynamic behavior of water droplets and flashover voltage with AC electric field were observed,and the mechanism was investigated.The results show that after being wetted by fog,discrete droplets with a contact angle greater than 90°are formed on the polluted area of the super-hydrophobic surface,and droplets on the non-polluted area of the super-hydrophobic surface are smaller than the hydrophobic surface due to their need for stability.Under AC electric field,the decrease of the dielectric constant of the polluted water droplet leads to the increase of the electric field force,but at the same time the friction increases too,which further affects its dynamic behavior.Most polluted water droplets vibrate and deform,and some very small polluted droplets and clean droplets roll and coalesce.The flashover voltage of the prepared superhydrophobic surface is 58%,109%,108%higher than that of the hydrophobic surface when placed at the angle of 0°,10°,20°.The results are of great significance for the application of super-hydrophobic surface in power equipment.
