浙江茭白种植现状及发展建议

摘　　要：茭白在我国栽培历史悠久,也是浙江省种植面积最大的水生蔬菜,近几年发展迅速,主要集中在余姚、嘉兴、黄岩、缙云等产地。本文介绍了浙江省茭白的主推品种、主要种植模式及配套栽培措施,分析了茭白种植上存在的问题,提出了浙江省茭白种植的发展措施。Zizania latifolia has a long history of cultivation in China,and is also the largest aquatic vegetable in Zhejiang province.It has developed rapidly in recent years,mainly in Yuyao,Jiaxing,Huangyan,Jinyun and other places of origin.This paper introduced the main varieties,main planting patterns and supporting cultivation measures of Zizania latifolia in Zhejiang province,analyzed the research status in different regions,and put forward the development measures of Zizania latifolia cultivation in zhejiang province.
