扦插时间对紫露草生长的影响试验

摘　　要：为了研究不同扦插时间对紫露草成活率的影响,提高生产中育种的成活率,试验对紫露草进行了不同时间的扦插繁殖试验,共设计了5个处理,扦插时间分别为7、8、9、10、11月的15日左右。结果表明,7~11月扦插,均可使紫露草生根,7、8、11月扦插生根成活率较高,达90%以上;9、10月扦插生根成活率较低。在7、8、11月进行扦插,株高可达到35 cm以上,茎粗可达到8.2 cm以上,在8月最高平均茎高能达到42 cm,株高和茎粗明显高于9、10月扦插的,株高和茎粗明显高于9、10月扦插的,长势也比较旺盛,有利于紫露草后期生长。扦插材料选用基部较充实的茎段,长度10~12 cm,节间上部与下部保留1 cm左右,扦插基质为沙壤土较适宜。In order to study the effect of different cutting time on the survival rate of Tradescantia albiflora,and improve survival rate of the breeding method in production,five treatments were designed,and the cutting time was about 15 days in July,August,September,October and November respectively.The results showed that:from July to November,all cuttings could take root.The rooting survival rate of cuttings in July,August and November was higher than 90%,while that in September and October was lower.Cutting in July,August and November,the plant height and stem diameter reached more than 35 cm,the stem diameter reached more than 8.2 cm,the highest average stem energy was 42 cm in August,the plant height and stem diameter were significantly higher than those in September and October,and the growth was vigorous,which was conducive to the later growth of Tradescantia albiflora.The cutting materials were stem segments with rich base,10-12 cm in length,and 1 cm in upper and lower internodes.The cutting medium was sandy soil.
