摘  要:使用丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物掺混高胶粉,采用乳液法制备了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS),考察橡胶和丙烯腈含量对ABS线性热膨胀系数(CLTE)的影响,并研究了滑石粉、硅灰石、玻璃纤维等无机填料对掺混ABS的CLTE的影响,分析了CLTE降低的机理。结果表明:ABS的CLTE与橡胶含量成正比,与丙烯腈含量成反比,同时也与填充物的形态有关。Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)was prepared via emulsion method with acrylonitrilestyrene copolymer mixed with high glue powder.The effects of the contents of rubber and acrylonitrile as well as inorganic fillers such as talcum powder,wollastonite,and glass fiber on the coefficient of linear thermal expansion(CLTE)of ABS were observed.The mechanism of decreasing CLTE was analyzed as well.The results show that CLTE of ABS is proportional to the content of rubber,inversely proportional to the content of acrylonitrile,and also related to the forms of fillers.
