摘 要:为了实现螺杆挤出机自动化控制,实时对螺杆挤出机数据进行采集,设计了一款基于可编程控制器(PLC)的螺杆挤出机控制系统。介绍了螺杆挤出机结构以及工作原理,并设计了螺杆挤出机控制系统的硬件。为了实现螺杆挤出机温度的精确控制,在螺杆挤出机控制系统软件中设计了一种模糊比例积分微分控制算法。结果表明:基于PLC的螺杆挤出机控制系统能够实现双螺杆挤出机温度的精确控制,温度控制误差在±0.4℃以内;该控制系统结构简单、运行稳定可靠、成本低,能够实现螺杆挤出机的自动高速运行。A control system based on programmable logic controller was designed to realize automatic control of screw plastic extruder and to collect data of screw machine in real time.The structure and working principle of screw extruder were introduced,based on which,the hardware of screw extruder control system was designed.A fuzzy PID regulation algorithm was designed in the software of screw extruder to control the temperature of screw extruder accurately.The results show that the temperature can be controlled accurately by the control system,and the temperature control error is within±0.4℃.The control system has simple structure,low cost,stable and reliable operation,it can realize the automatic high-speed operation of screw extruder.
