摘　　要：本文采用了PHP、Apache、MySQL、HTML、javascript以及建站工具等,完成了人事信息管理系统的后台搭建和前端页面的渲染,开发了一个便于操作、功能基本齐全的基于PHP的人事信息管理系统。该系统既满足了企业的需求,也满足了用户的需求,能够实现人员信息的录入、修改和删除等功能,能够根据不同的条件进行搜索操作,此外还能够增添新用户信息、设置及修改密码。完善的企业人事信息管理系统可有效地提高企业人事管理效率与水平,使得企业人事管理更具规范性和科学性,使管理更有效地服务于组织或团体。This system uses computer information technology to implement the personnel information management of enterprises.In this project,PHP,Apache,MySQL,HTML,JavaScript and station building tools are used to complete the background construction and front-end page rendering of personnel information management system.A personnel information management system based on PHP is developed,which is easy to operate and has basically complete functions.The system not only meets the needs of enterprises,but also meets the needs of users.It achieves the entry of personnel information,modify,delete and other functions.It can also search according to different conditions,in addition to adding new user information,setting and modifying password.A perfect enterprise personnel information management system can effectively improve the efficiency and the level of enterprise personnel management,which makes enterprise personnel management more normative and scientific and management more effective in serving organizations or groups.
