摘　　要：啦啦操是一项集难度技术、身体爆发力与身体体能等全面协调发展的运动。目前,关于啦啦操训练理论运动生物学基础研究非常有限。本文采用文献资料法总结啦啦操运动发展现状,分析其训练理论的不足,探索加强啦啦操训练理论的运动生物学基础对技术、体质影响的重要性。结论:啦啦操项目传入我国时间较短,其训练理论的发展状况与其他运动项目相比存在着明显差距;啦啦操训练结合运动生物学理论基础方面较为薄弱,缺乏与运动科学之间紧密结合。建议:紧密结合多学科知识构建啦啦操科学化、系统化训练模式;加大对啦啦操训练中训练理论的研究力度;注重专家多渠道生成和培养以改进啦啦操训练理论生物学基础薄弱的问题。Cheerleading is a comprehensive and coordinated sport with diff iculty skills,explosive power and physical strength.At present,the basic research on exercise biology of cheerleading training theory is very limited.This article summarizes the development status of cheerleading exercises with literature methods,analyzes the def iciency of its training theory,and explores the importance of strengthening the sports biology foundation of cheerleading training theory to the inf luence of technology and physical f itness.Conclusion:The introduction of cheerleading exercises in China is relatively short,and the development of training theories is signif icantly different from other sports.The cheerleading exercises combined with sports biology theory are relatively weak,lacking in connection with sports science.Tightly combined.Suggestions:Closely combine multidisciplinary knowledge to build a scientif ic and systematic training mode for cheerleading;increase research on training theory in cheerleading training;pay attention to multi-channel generation and training of experts to improve the weak biological foundation of cheerleading training theory.
