国内外PVC掺混树脂简介及性能对比

摘　　要：介绍了国内外PVC掺混树脂的牌号、用途和质量指标,概述了悬浮法PVC掺混树脂的生产工艺,对比了国内外PVC掺混树脂的粒度分布、降黏性能、凝胶时间、光泽度和拉伸性能。结果表明:与国外相比,国内PVC掺混树脂的粒度分布和降黏效果接近,凝胶时间较长,消光效果不明显,拉伸性能更好。The brands,applications and quality indexes of PVC blending resins made in China and made abroad were introduced.The suspension production process of PVC blending resins was summa-rized.The particle size distribution,viscosity reduction property,gel time,gloss and tensile properties of PVC blending resins made in China were compared with that made abroad.The results showed that com-pared with the PVC blending resins made abroad,the size distribution and viscosity reduction effect of PVC blending resins made in China were similar,the gel time was longer,the matt effect was not obvi-ous,and the tensile property was better.
