用掌侧锁定钢板联合背侧入路植骨治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨用掌侧锁定钢板联合背侧入路植骨治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年12月期间在江苏省太仓市沙溪人民医院骨科接受诊治的60例C3型桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象。对这60例患者均使用掌侧锁定钢板联合背侧入路植骨进行治疗。然后,观察这些患者的治疗效果、术后并发症的发生情况、腕关节功能的恢复效果及其桡骨远端骨折的尺偏角、掌倾角及桡骨高度。结果:接受治疗后,这60例C3型桡骨远端骨折患者均为骨折一期愈合,且均未发生肌腱断裂、创伤性关节炎及切口感染等并发症,其桡骨远端骨折的尺偏角、掌倾角及桡骨高度均得到了明显的改善。接受治疗24个月后,在这60例患者中,腕关节功能恢复效果为优的患者有25例,为良的患者有30例,其腕关节功能恢复效果的优良率为91.67%。结论:用掌侧锁定钢板联合背侧入路植骨治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折的临床效果较好,可有效地降低患者术后并发症的发生率,改善其腕关节的功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of palmar locking plate combined with dorsal approach for the treatment of C3 distal radius fractures.Methods:A total of 60 patients with C3 distal radius fractures treated in the department of Orthopedics,Shaxi People’s Hospital,Taicang city,Jiangsu Province from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects.All the 60 patients were treated with palmar locking plate combined with dorsal approach bone graft.These patients were then observed for treatment outcomes,postoperative complications,wrist function recovery,ulnar deviation Angle,metacarpal inclination,and radius height of distal radius fractures.Results:After treatment,all the 60 patients with C3 distal radius fractures had primary fracture healing,and no complications such as tendon fracture,traumatic arthritis or incision infection occurred.The ulnar deviation Angle,metacarpular dip Angle and radius height of the distal radius fractures were significantly improved.After 24 months of treatment,among the 60 patients,there were 25 patients with excellent wrist function recovery effect and 30 patients with good wrist function recovery effect,and the excellent and good rate of wrist function recovery effect was 91.67%.Conclusion:Palmar locking plate combined with dorsal approach for the treatment of C3 distal radius fractures has a good clinical effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve wrist function.
