对高分级颅内动脉瘤破裂患者在不同时机进行介入治疗的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨对高分级颅内动脉瘤破裂患者在不同时机进行介入治疗的效果。方法:将2017年9月至2019年6月期间涡阳县人民医院收治的50例高分级颅内动脉瘤破裂患者随机分为对照组和观察组。为25例观察组患者在病发后24 h内进行介入治疗,为25例对照组患者在发病后24~72 h(其病情稳定后)进行介入治疗。然后观察两组患者生活质量评分表的评分、发生并发症的情况及Barthel指数(BI)评分表的评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者生活质量评分表中的心理评分、生理评分、家庭评分及并发症的发生率均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。出院后1个月、2个月及3个月,观察组患者BI评分表的评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对高分级颅内动脉瘤破裂患者在病发后24 h内进行介入治疗可降低其并发症的发生率,提高其生活质量及日常生活活动能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of interventional therapy at different times for patients with high-grade intracranial aneurysm rupture.Methods:A total of 50 patients with high-grade intracranial aneurysm rupture admitted to Guoyang County People’s Hospital from September 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Twenty-five patients in the observation group received interventional therapy within 24 h after the onset of the disease,and 25 patients in the control group received interventional therapy within 24~72 h after the onset of the disease(their condition was stable).Then,the quality of life score,complications and Barthel Index(BI)score of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the incidence of psychological scores,physiological scores,family scores and complications in the quality of life rating scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).1 month,2 months and 3 months after discharge,the BI rating scale scores of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional therapy within 24 h after the onset of high grade intracranial aneurysm rupture can reduce the incidence of complications,improve their quality of life and daily activity.
