摘　　要：目的:研究采用Orem自理模式对接受股骨头置换术的老年髋部骨折患者进行护理的临床效果。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年10月期间在南京中医药大学附属连云港市中医院接受股骨头置换术的80例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象。将其随机分为参照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行常规护理。在此基础上,采用Orem自理模式对观察组患者进行护理。治护结束后,对比两组患者术后并发症的发生情况、对髋部骨折相关知识的知晓情况、日常生活活动能力及髋关节功能的改善情况。结果:术后,与参照组患者相比,观察组患者并发症的总发生率较低,治护后其对髋部骨折相关知识的总知晓率、其Barthel指数的评分及Harris的评分均较高,P<0.05。结论:采用Orem自理模式对接受股骨头置换术的老年髋部骨折患者进行护理可降低其术后并发症的发生率,提高其对髋部骨折相关知识的知晓程度,改善其日常生活活动能力和髋关节的功能。Objective:To study the clinical effect of nursing care for elderly hip fracture patients receiving femoral head replacement using Orem self-care mode.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with hip fracture who underwent femoral head replacement in Lianyungang Hospital affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group.Both groups of patients were given routine care.On this basis,Orem self-care mode was used for nursing care of patients in the observation group.After the end of treatment and care,the occurrence of postoperative complications,the knowledge of hip fracture,the ability of daily activities and the improvement of hip function were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the total awareness rate of hip fracture related knowledge,Barthel index score and Harris score were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing of elderly hip fracture patients receiving femoral head replacement using Orem self-care mode can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve their knowledge of hip fracture,improve their daily activities and the function of the hip joint.
