摘　　要：目的研究优质护理服务对无偿献血的干预作用。方法采用系统抽样的方法随机选取本血液中心2018年1月—2018年12月的12,562名献血者进行分组研究。其中外出团体采血的为对照组,共9,726人,采用常规护理;在本血液中心采血的为观察组,共2,836人,采用优质护理服务。比较两组不良反应发生率、非标量报废率和满意度。结果对照组献血不良反应发生率(1.58%)高于观察组(0.78%),对照组献血非标量报废率(1.26%)高于观察组(0.50%),护理满意度(86.3%)低于观察组(99.4%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施优质护理可有效预防献血不良反应,提高献血者服务满意度和献血积极性,有利于献血事业的发展。Objective Analysis of the effect of high quality nursing intervention on blood donation.Methods Randomly selected 12,562 blood donors from January 2018 to December 2018,among which 9,726 who donated outside the blood center were collected as the control group,and 2,836 who donated in blood center were collected as the observation group.Take general nursing for control group,and high quality nursing for observation group.The rates of adverse reaction,scrap and satisfaction index of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions(1.58%)in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(0.78%),the scrap rate(1.26%)in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(0.50%),and the nursing satisfaction(86.3%)was lower than that in the observation group(99.4%).Conclusion High quality nursing may effectively prevent adverse reactions,improve blood donors'service satisfaction and enthusiasm for blood donation,which is conducive to the development of blood donation cause.
