临床护理路径在食管癌加速康复外科患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在食管癌加速康复外科患者围手术期健康教育中实施临床护理路径的效果。方法将84例食管癌加速康复外科围手术期患者随机分为临床路径组及传统组,各42例。临床路径组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育,传统组实施常规健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育知识掌握程度、护理满意度、并发症发生率、住院时间和住院总费用情况。结果临床路径组健康教育知识掌握程度和护理满意度明显均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.894、16.345;P<0.05);临床路径组并发症发生率明显低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.754,P<0.05);临床路径组患者住院时间、住院总费用均短于或低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.892、9.773;P<0.01)。结论临床护理路径在食管癌加速康复外科围手术期患者的健康教育中提供了更有效的指导,可以提高患者健康教育知识掌握程度及护理满意度、减少并发症、缩短住院时间、节省住院费用,从而提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in the perioperative health education of patients with Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)for esophageal cancer.Methods 84 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into clinical pathway group and traditional group,42 cases each.The clinical pathway group adopted the clinical nursing path for health education,and the traditional group implemented the routine health education.The knowledge level of health education,nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications,time of hospitalization and total cost of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical pathway group health education knowledge and nursing satisfaction were obviously higher than that of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.894,16.345;P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the clinical pathway group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant.(χ2=10.754,P<0.05);The hospitalization time and total hospitalization cost of the clinical pathway group were lower than those of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant.(t=3.892,9.773;P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway of Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in esophageal cancer surgery and postoperative health education of patients provided more effective guidance,can improve the knowledge of health education in patients with master degree and nursing satisfaction and reduce complications,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
