摘 要:利用白光共聚焦测量系统,结合高精密机械结构和智能化软件技术,提出一种白光共聚焦式机车轮对测量装置,可实现机车轮对在线高精度、高效率、智能化和低成本检测,从而解决国内外现有检测设备实用化低、可靠性差等问题,填补该领域的技术空白。实验结果表明,在0~3000mm,由X轴、Z轴、共聚焦传感器及装夹因素引入的测量不确定度为U=16.6μm(k=2),小于MPE_(max)=30μm(3000mm处)。By implementing a white light confocal measurement system,combined with high-precision mechanical structure and intelligent software technology,a measurement device for white light confocal locomotive wheelset is proposed,which can realize online high-precision,high efficiency,intelligent and low-cost detection of locomotive wheel pairs.The development of the measurement device solved the problems of low practicality and poor reliability of existing detection equipment in domestic and overseas,and filled the blank in this field.The experimental results show that the measurement uncertainty introduced by X-axis,Z-axis,confocal sensors and clamping factors is U=16.6μm,k=2 between 0 to 3000 mm,which is less than MPEmax=30μm(at 3000 mm).
