摘  要:石墨粉振实密度是表征石墨烯制备工艺的重要参数,为提高石墨粉振实密度的测量精度,利用HY-100粉末密度振动试验台,在不同振幅和频率下对石墨粉进行振实试验,测量振实密度值,并对结果进行不确定度评定。实验结果表明,粒度为1μm的石墨粉振实密度为1.134g/cm^3,介于堆积密度和绝对密度之间,试验扩展不确定度为0.006g/cm^3(k=2),达到石墨烯制备工艺的要求。Graphite powder tap density is an important parameter to characterize the graphene preparation process.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the graphite powder tap density,the HY-100 powder density vibrometer was used to test the graphite powder at different amplitudes and frequencies,to measure the tap density,and to evaluate the uncertainty.The experimental results show that the tap density of the graphite powder with a granularity of 1μm is 1.134 g/cm^3,which is between the bulk density and the absolute density,and the expansion uncertainty is 0.006 g/cm^3(k=2),which reaches the graphene preparation process Requirements.
