摘　　要：知识经济为现代社会的发展带来了强大的推动力,知识经济的发展需要知识产权保驾护航,如何使知识产品转化成生产力是我国知识产品运用长久以来面临的一个重要问题。专利权出资是一种有效的专利权使用模式。专利权出资使科创板企业获得有效专利使用的同时,也面临着由于专利权权属种类的多样性、专利权自身的权利瑕疵以及时效性和空间性对其限制所带来的出资风险,加强对专利权出资的事前公示,完善专利权出资程序,建立专利贬值的双保险制度是科创板企业专利权出资风险控制的有效途径。Knowledge economy has brought powerful impetus to the development of modern society. The devel-opment of knowledge economy needs the escort of intellectual property rights. How to transform knowledge products into productivity is an important problem for the application of knowledge products in China for a long time. Patent investment is an effective mode of patent use. At the same time,while patent investment en-ables enterprises to obtain effective patent use,they are also faced with the investment risk brought by the variety of patent ownership,the flaws of patent right itself,the limitation of timeliness and spatiality.They should strengthen the prior publicity of patent investment,improve the patent investment procedure and establish a patent investment procedure. The double insurance system of patent devaluation is an effective way to control the risk of patent investment of the GEM.
