摘  要:边界润滑通常具有较高的摩擦系数,无法形成稳定的油膜,目前主要通过添加剂生成边界膜来改善边界润滑特性。针对边界润滑下的高摩擦系数,试验了几种可以有效降低边界摩擦系数的硬脂酸盐摩擦改进剂,采用球-盘滑滚摩擦试验台测试了硬脂酸盐边界润滑的Stribeck曲线,并结合Eyring模型理论分析了其润滑机理;测量了不同质量分数硬脂酸钙润滑剂在不同载荷和不同滑滚比下的摩擦性能。结果表明:几种硬脂酸盐极大地降低了边界润滑的摩擦系数,且Stribeck曲线都呈现出边界摩擦系数随着滑动速度而增加的现象,这是因为边界膜分子突破相邻分子的势能壁垒从而滑动所需要的能量与速度的对数成正比。对减摩效果最佳的硬脂酸钙进一步试验发现,载荷和浓度等参数对于硬脂酸钙润滑剂的影响较小,这说明形成的硬脂酸钙界膜比较稳定,可以有效地隔开球和盘接触面的粗糙峰。本研究丰富了摩擦界面边界摩擦系数的调控方法。Boundary lubrication usually has high friction coefficient and can not form stable oil film,additives are mainly used to form boundary film to improve the boundary lubrication characteristics..The purpose of this study is to reduce the friction coefficient under boundary lubrication using several stearate friction modifiers.The Stribeck curve for different stearates is studied through ball-on-disk test and the lubrication mechanism is analyzed combined with Eyring model theory.The friction properties of calcium stearate lubricants with different mass fractions are tested under different loads and sliding-to-rolling ratios.Experiment results show that some kinds of stearates greatly can reduce the friction coefficient of boundary lubrication,and the friction coefficient of several stearates increases with the sliding speed.Because the energy required for boundary membrane molecules to break through the potential energy barrier of neighboring molecules and slide is proportional to the logarithm of velocity.The anti-friction effect of calcium stearate is the best.It is found that the load and concentration have little effect on the calcium stearate lubricant,which means that the formation of calcium stearate boundary film is relatively stable,and it can effectively separate the rough peak of ball and disk contact surface.This study enriches the methods for regulating the friction coefficient under boundary lubrication.
