摘 要:对老款东风风行菱智汽车2.0L汽车冷却液温度传感器导致空调不制冷的故障进行分析,找出生产故障的成因可能是因为冷却液温度传感器故障导致空调不制冷,然后根据汽车冷却液温度传感器的结构、工作原理、控制原理分析排除故障。结果表明:冷却液温度传感器是检测发动机的温度,当发动机的温度过低或过高会影响空调压缩机工作,从而导致空调不制冷。This paper analyzes the failure of the cooling liquid temperature sensor of the old Dongfeng Fengxing Lingzhi automobile 2.0L automobile, and finds out that the cause of the production failure may be that the air conditioner is not cooled due to the fault of the coolant temperature sensor. Then, the fault is eliminated according to the structure, working principle and control principle of the automobile coolant temperature sensor. The results show that: the coolant temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature of the engine. When the engine temperature is too low or too high, it will affect the operation of the air conditioning compressor, which will lead to the air conditioning not refrigeration.
