摘　　要：目的:研究构建和完善服务于产业发展和监管需要的国家药品编码体系。方法:通过探讨我国药品编码现状和当前药品编码的不足,研究提出构建国家药品编码体系,区分对药品本身的标识和药品分类标识,由基础码、分类码和组合码三类代码组成,并分别进行了介绍和说明。结果与结论:提出构建以基础码为主要识别标识的国家药品编码体系,以满足药品生产、流通、使用、监管等不同部门对药品编码和使用与管理需求,从而指导不同的参与方在统一的标准体系下应用和扩充药品编码,促进药品信息资源互通共享。Objective:To study the construction and improvement of a national drug coding system that serves the need of industrial development and regulation.Methods:The current status and deficiency of drug coding in China were analyzed.The research proposed to build a national drug coding system to distinguish the identification of the drug attribute identification and classification,consisting of three attributes:basic code,classification code,and combination code,which were introduced and explained separately.Results and Conclusion:The construction of a national drug coding system based on basic code was proposed to meet the requirements for the use and management of drug coding in drug production,distribution,use,supervision and other departments,thereby guiding different participants to apply and expand under a unified standard system,to promote the sharing of drug information resources.
