摘　　要：目的:探讨建立神经营养类药物综合管控模式,规范此类药物临床合理使用,减少患者药品费用。方法:从多角度出发建立综合管控模式,包括依据循证证据制订神经营养类药物的临床使用标准;动态监测神经营养类药物的患者次均费用;制定管理制度以及行政干预手段。对2018年10月至2019年3月使用神经营养类药物的疾病进行综合管控并考察管控效果。结果:在综合管控模式下,2018年10月至2019年3月神经营养类药物使用不合理率由26.2%下降至11.4%,患者次均费用由1196.1元/人下降至751.6元/人。结论:多角度综合管控模式可以有效促进神经营养类药物的规范化、合理化使用。Objective:To investigate the management pattern for the neurotrophic drugs,to standardize the rational use of such drugs in clinical practice,and to reduce medical cost for patients.Methods:A comprehensive management pattern was established from multiple perspectives.The clinical standards of neurotrophic drugs were set up on the basis of evidence.The average cost of patients using neurotrophic drugs was monitored dynamically,and the management system and administrative intervention were formulated.The neurotrophic drugs used from October,2018 to March,2019 were comprehensively controlled,and the effects of control were inspected.Results:Under the comprehensive management pattern,the unreasonable use rate of neurotrophic drugs has decreased from 26.2%to 11.4%,and the average cost per patient has decreased from RMB1196.1 to RMB751.6 yuan.Conclusion:The comprehensive management pattern can effectively promote the standardized and rational use of neurotrophic drugs.
