摘 要:本研究通过对层状二硫化钼进行剥离和改性,制得二硫化钼的悬浮分散液,用于制备氟橡胶(F K M)的表面减摩涂层。研究涂层液中二硫化钼含量对F K M的摩擦和磨损性能的影响,通过S E M、E D S分析对减摩涂层进行表征。对比了涂覆减摩涂层和直接添加二硫化钼对应氟橡胶的摩擦系数、磨耗体积以及力学性能,探讨了表面涂层的减摩机理。结果表明,MoS2含量为4.5wt%的涂层液可以使氟橡胶获得优异的摩擦和磨损性能,且减摩涂层对FKM的力学性能影响不大。In this study,the suspension dispersion of molybdate disulfide(MoS2)was prepared by peeling and modifying lamelleted MoS2,which was used to prepare the surface anti-friction coating of fluororubber(FKM).The effect of MoS2 content in coating solution on the friction and wear properties of the FKM was studied.The antifriction coating was characterized by SEM and EDS analysis.The friction coefficient,wear volume and mechanical properties of the FKM coated with anti-friction coating and the one directly blended with MoS2 were compared,and the anti-friction mechanism of the surface coating was investigated.The results show that the coating solution with 4.5wt%MoS2 will obtain excellent friction and wear properties of the FKM,and the anti-friction coating has minor effect on the mechanical properties of the FKM.
