摘  要:在知识经济社会,知识和信息的更新加快,社会行业更新迅速,社会对高素质人才的要求也越来越高,迫切需要高校加强对大学生创新创业能力培养。然而,当前大学生创新创业能力培养面存在着学生创业意识不强、师资队伍缺乏、实践环节薄弱等问题。应以社会工作中的增权理论为视角,通过学生个人、集体、社会层次的增权,提升创新创业教育的实效性。It is evident that within the knowledge economy society,the renewal of knowledge and information is accelerated rapidly.Also,the renewal of social industry is quite fast.Right now,the social requirements for high-quality talents are becoming higher and higher.It is clear that colleges and universities need to strengthen students'cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of.Surely,there exist some problems related to cultivation of students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship such as lack of students'awareness of entrepreneurship,shortage of teachers,and the weakness in practice.From the perspective of the theory of empowerment,the paper tries to enhance the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education through the empowerment of individual,collective and social levels.
