摘  要:陶瓷渗透墨水是不含色料颗粒的液相体系,不会堵塞和磨损打印机喷头。合成可溶性金属盐和控制墨水物理性能是制备渗透墨水的关键。本文采用复分解反应合成了陶瓷喷墨打印用异辛酸钌黑色渗透墨水,探究其合成工艺发现:当三氯化钌和异辛酸钠的物料摩尔比为1∶3,110℃反应180 min时,异辛酸钌产物的金属钌含量最高,为3.22%。在瓷砖表面显色的L^*a^*b^*值为29.20、-0.28、1.54。同时,制备铁含量为7.1%的异辛酸铁,加入钴含量为10.9%的异辛酸钴和铬含量为7.2%的异辛酸铬,调配了更经济的黑色渗透墨水。当三者比例为11∶5∶3,加入55%的102#溶剂时,墨水的粘度为29.9 mPa·s,密度为0.93 g/ml,表面张力为26.37 mN/m,在瓷砖表面显色的L^*a^*b^*值为30.45、-3.31、-2.25,其显色效果可与异辛酸钌媲美。Soluble Ceramic Inks is a uniform and stable liquid phase system,which does not contain particles.Therefore,there is no problem of settling and blocking or wearing the printer nozzle.The keys to the preparation of soluble ink are the synthesis of soluble metal salts and the regulation of physical properties of ink.Ruthenium 2-ethylhexanoate was synthesized as black ceramic inks respectively by metathesis method.There action conditions of the black ruthenium 2-ethylhexanoate synthesis are investigated.The result shows that the as-synthesized ruthenium 2-ethylhexanoate has up to 3.22 wt.%ruthenium contentwhen conducting the reaction under 110℃for 180 min with the ruthenium trichloride/2-ethylhexanoate molar feed ratio of 1∶3.The color L^*a^*b^*value of ink after sintering is 29.20、-0.28、1.54.Mixing iron(III)2-ethylhexanoate,cobalt 2-ethylhexanoate and chromium 2-ethylhexanoate in the mass ratio of 11∶5∶3 and the concentration of solvent is 55%,the ink viscosity is 29.9 mPa·s,the density is 0.93 g/ml and the surface tension is 26.37 mN/m.The color L^*a^*b^*value of ink after sintering is 30.45、-3.31、-2.25.This mixed ink is more economical than the costly ruthenium 2-ethylhexanoate ink but the two coloration performances are comparable.
