摘  要:建筑陶瓷行业是大气污染防治重点对象之一。随着陶瓷行业烟气污染问题日益受到关注,各地相继出台更为严格的NOx排放标准。由于国家陶瓷行业大气污染物排放标准提标在即,摸清建陶行业废气排放现状及治理情况具有重要意义。在上述背景下,本文对29个建筑陶瓷企业燃料、氮氧化物排放水平及治理设施等进行资料收集及现场监测。结果表明:我国建陶企业喷雾干燥塔燃料以水煤浆为主,北方建陶企业成品窑燃料主要为天然气,南方为煤制气。北方建陶企业大多采用喷雾干燥塔和成品窑烟气混合方式排放。调研企业均配置NOx治理设施,NOx排放浓度均小于100 mg/m^3。南方企业采用单独收集排放方式。其中,喷雾干燥塔NOx集中在100—180 mg/m^3,成品窑NOx排放浓度集中在50—100 mg/m^3。现有NOx治理设施配置率较低。针对我国建陶行业NOx排放现状,喷雾干燥塔采用SNCR脱硝技术,成品窑采用中低温SCR脱硝技术组合以及SNCR和湿法多污染物协同组合技术组合是我国建陶行业烟气治理技术发展趋势。Architectural ceramic industry is one of the key targets of air pollution control.With the increasing attention on air pollution of ceramic industry,stricter NOx emission standards have been introduced in succession.National standards for the discharge of air pollutants in the architectural ceramic industry will be upgraded soon,therefore,understanding the current situation of flue gas emission and control is very important.In this study,the data of fuel,nitrogen oxide emission level and existed management facilities of 29 architectural ceramic factories were collected and field monitored.The results show that the main fuel of spray drying tower in China is coal water slurry,the fuel of finished kiln is mainly natural gas in north and coal gas in south.Most of the northern architectural ceramic plants flue gas emission pattern is mixture emission of spray tower and finished kiln flue gas.All the surveyed plants are equipped with NOx treatment facilities,and the emission concentration is below 100 mg/m^3.While southern plants use separated collection method,the emission concentration of NOx in spray drying tower is concentrated in 100—180 mg/m^3 and finished kiln 5—100 mg/m^3.The allocation rate of existing NOx treatment facilities is low.Besides,the combination of SNCR denitration technology for spray drying tower and SCR for finished kilns,and the combination of SNCR and wet-process multi-pollutant collaborative denitration technology are put forward,aiming at the current situation of NOx emission of China’s architectural ceramic plants,which provide reference for the NOx control of flue gas in the ceramic industry.
