耳软骨构建固定型鼻小柱支撑移植物在鼻尖成形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨耳软骨构建固定型鼻小柱支撑移植物在鼻尖成形术中的应用效果。方法对30例自觉鼻部外形欠佳的求美者,行常规开放入路鼻整形术,采用耳软骨构建固定型鼻小柱支撑移植物作为鼻尖支架,再结合鼻背移植物进行隆鼻术。术后随访观察是否出现相关并发症,并对术后鼻部美学效果进行评价。结果本组30例求美者获随访3~9个月,均未出现相关并发症。鼻部美学效果评价:26例满意或较满意;4例欠满意,其中2例出现鼻小柱偏斜,1例出现轻微鼻背偏斜,1例对鼻尖凸出度不满意。结论采用耳软骨构建固定型鼻小柱支撑重塑鼻尖,可改善美学缺陷的鼻尖外形,操作简单、求美者术后恢复较快。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fixed nasal columella supporitng graft constructed by auricular cartilage in nasal tip plasty. Methods For 30 patients unsatisfied with their nasal appearance, the conventional open approach rhinoplasty was performed. The fixed nasal columella supporting graft constructed by auricular cartilage was used as the framework of nasal tip. Then the nasal dorsum graft was combined for rhinoplasty. All patients were followed-up to observe related complications and the aesthetic efficacy was evaluated. Results All patients were followed up from 3 to 9 months. No related complications occurred. Twenty-six patients were satisfactory or relative satisfactory and four patients were not satisfactory. Nasal columella deviation occurred in 2 patients and nasal dorsal deviation occurred in 1 patient. One patient was not satisfied with the nasal tip projection. Conclusion The fixed columella supporting graft constructed by auricular cartilage could improve the aesthetic appearance of the nasal tip. The procedure is simple and the postoperative recovery is fast.
