摘　　要：糖尿病性胃轻瘫是以胃张力低下、运动减慢、排空延迟为其动力学改变的胃动力障碍性疾病,对应中医的“痞满”“呕吐”等疾病。阳明为五脏六腑之海、宗筋之长,脾胃为气血生化之源、后天之本。痿证及糖尿病性胃轻瘫在发病和治疗上均与脾胃关系密切,“治痿独取阳明”作为历代医家治疗痿证的指导大法,针灸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫不仅可以达到降糖作用,还可以改善胃轻瘫的症状,希望以后在此方面的研究能有更新及突破。Diabetic gastroparesis is a kind of gastric dyskinesia with low gastric tension,slow movement and delayed emptying.Yang Ming is the leader of the sea of the viscera and the Zongjin,the spleen and stomach are the source of qi and blood,the acquired basis.Flaccidity syndrome and diabetic gastroparesis are closely related to the spleen and stomach in the pathogenesis and treatment.“Yangming”is the guiding method for the treatment of flaccidity syndrome by doctors.Acupuncture treatment of diabetic gastroparesis can not only achieve the hypoglycemic effect,but also improve the symptoms of gastroparesis.I hope that the future research in this area can be updated and breakthrough.
