白头翁汤处方组成药物品种的本草考证

摘　　要：目的白头翁汤具有重要的临床价值。对白头翁、黄连、黄柏、秦皮的名称及别名、产地迁移进行考证,确定白头翁汤最初使用的品种。方法采用翻阅本草书籍及相关资料,分析整理,本草考证,古今相关文献系统比较的方法。结果确定白头翁汤最初所用的品种。结论白头翁汤始见于《伤寒论·厥阴病脉证并治》,方中所用白头翁为“滁州白头翁”“商州白头翁”和“徐州白头翁”,黄连为味连或雅连,黄柏为川黄柏(关黄柏是后起药材),小叶梣或白蜡树。Objective Baitouweng decoction is widely used and has high clinical value.The name and alias,the changing of origin and the effect of Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge.)Regel,Coptis chinensis Franch,Phellodendron chinese Scheid and Qinpi are reasearched,which leads to confirm the varirties of those four Chinese medicines.Methods Through the analysis and arrangement of medica books and related medica materials,the name and alias,the changing of origin and the effect of these four Chinese medicines are analyzed by using the methods of herbal textual research,ancient and modern literature system comparison and so on.Results baitouwengtang was seen firstly in Shanghan Lun·Jueyinpian.In thise recipe,Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge.)Regel is Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge.)Regel in shangzhou or in Xuzhou.Coptis chinensis Franch is weilianor yalian.Phellodendron Chinese Scheid is chuanhaungbai,as for guanhuangabi,it is found lately.Qinpi may be Fraxinus bungeana or Fraxinus chinensis Roxb.Conclusion Schisandra chinensis has always been the best quality product in Liaoning,and it is a genuine medicinal material in Liaoning province.
