杨氏3+疗法“椎五针”埋线针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探求杨氏3+特色疗法“椎五针”治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的70例CSA患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组35例、对照组35例,2组分别给予杨氏3+治疗和普通针刺,治疗1个疗程后,观察VAS评分、田中靖久颈椎病症状和临床有效率评价治疗结果。结果经治疗治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);田中靖久颈椎病症状评分,治疗组评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床有效率治疗组总有效率94.29%,对照组总有效率80.00%;2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3+疗法“椎五针”治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果明显优于针刺组,埋线针刀疗法临床操作性强,疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。Objective to explore the clinical effect of Yang’s 3+characteristic therapy“vertebral five needle”in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis(CSA).Methods 70 patients with CsA in our hospital were randomly divided into Yang’s 3+treatment group(35 cases)and acupuncture group(35 cases).The two groups were given Yang’s 3+treatment and ordinary acupuncture respectively.After one course of treatment,VAS score,symptoms of Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis and clinical effective rate were evaluated.Results After treatment,the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom score,the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yang’s 3+therapy“vertebral five needle”in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis is obviously better than that of the acupuncture group.The embedding needle knife therapy has strong clinical operability,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
