针刺配合头颈部理筋手法治疗气滞血瘀型慢性偏头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合头颈部理筋手法治疗气滞血瘀型慢性偏头痛患者的临床疗效。方法按1∶1随机将气滞血瘀型慢性偏头痛患者分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组给予单纯针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合头颈部理筋手法,针刺与头颈部理筋手法均为每周3次,连续2周为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后,对比2组患者偏头痛发作频率、持续时间、头痛程度(VAS疼痛评分),并对2组治疗后临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗前2组偏头痛发作频率、持续时间、头痛程度差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后2组偏头痛发作频率、持续时间、头痛程度比较,治疗组均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),临床痊愈率和治疗总有效率均更高(P均<0.05)。结论针刺配合头颈部理筋手法治疗气滞血瘀型慢性偏头痛患者的疗效确切,有助于减轻患者偏头痛头痛程度,减少偏头痛发作次数与头痛持续时间,所以值得临床深入应用与研究。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with head and neck manipulation in treating chronic migraine with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods According to 1:1,45 patients with chronic migraine with qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given simple acupuncture treatment,the treatment group was combined with head and neck tendon manipulation on the basis of the control group,acupuncture and head and neck tendon manipulation were three times a week,two consecutive weeks for one course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the frequency,duration and degree of migraine attack(VAS headache score)were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in frequency,duration and degree of headache between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the frequency,duration and degree of migraine were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the clinical recovery rate and total effective rate of treatment were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with head and neck manipulation in the treatment of chronic migraine patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis is effective,which is helpful to reduce the degree of migraine headache,reduce the number of migraine attacks and headache duration,so it is worthy of-depth application and research.
