针刺治疗混合痔术后尿潴留30例

摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗混合痔术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月住院的混合痔术后尿潴留患者共60例,将其按照住院先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用针刺中极、关元、气海、水道、阴陵泉、三阴交等穴治疗,对照组采用湿毛巾热敷膀胱区治疗,比较2组治疗效果,结果2组治疗有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组有效率90.00%,对照组有效率为76.67%。结论针刺治疗混合痔术后尿潴留效果显著,可加速患者排尿功能恢复,是一种既方便又有效的治疗方法,推广价值高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on urinary retention after operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 60 patients with postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our department from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected,The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at zhongji,guanyuan,qihai,shuishui,yinlingquan and sanyinjiao,The control group was treated with hot compress of wet towel in the bladder area.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in treatment efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 76.67%in the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy for postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids has a significant effect,which can accelerate the recovery of patients’urination function,and is a convenient and effective treatment method with high promotion value.
