中西医结合治疗先兆流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究中西医结合运用在先兆流产治疗中的疗效。方法研究对象选取2018年9月—2019年9月就诊的60例先兆流产患者,经由治疗方法予以分组,分别设置对照组(30例,予以西医治疗)与试验组(30例,予以中西医结合治疗),比较2组的激素水平、症状改善时间、临床疗效。结果(1)治疗前2组激素水平无显著差异(P>0.05);经治疗,试验组雌二醇(Estradiol,E)、孕酮激素(Progesterone Prog,P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(Human Chorionic Gonadotropin,HCG)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)试验组阴道停止流血时间、腹痛改善时间、腰酸改善时间均少于低于对照组,P<0.05;(3)试验组总有效率达到96.67%,高于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05。结论对先兆流产患者实施中西医结合治疗,可改善患者激素水平,缩短症状改善时间,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 60 patients with threatened abortion who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into control group(30 cases,treated with Western Medicine)and experimental group(30 cases,treated with combination of Chinese and Western Medicine),and the hormone level,symptom improvement time and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of estradiol(E),progesterone prog(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of vaginal bleeding cessation,abdominal pain improvement and lumbar acid improvement in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the hormone level of patients with threatened abortion,shorten the time of symptom improvement,and the curative effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
