中药外用联合早期护理干预在新生儿脓疱疹中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究中药外用联合早期护理干预对新生儿脓疱疹的预防效果。方法本研究对象为2016年3月—2019年2月就诊于中国医科大学附属盛京医院的90例新生儿脓疱疹患儿,采取随机数字表法分为2组,各45例。对照组采取常规治疗及早期护理干预,研究组在此基础上增加中药外用治疗。比较2组患儿的治疗效果、临床症状及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.56%)比对照组(80.00%)高,脓疱疹消退以及住院时间分别为(2.12±0.56)d、(3.24±0.82)d均比对照组(3.42±0.76)d、(5.10±0.35)d短,不良反应发生率(6.67%)比对照组(22.22%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外用联合早期护理干预可提高新生儿脓疱疹的疗效,加快脓疱疹消退,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with early nursing intervention on neonatal pustular rash.Methods A total of 90 children with neonatal pustular herpes who were admitted to Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from March 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 in each group.The control group received routine treatment and early nursing intervention,and the study group added external application of Chinese medicine.The treatment effects,clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.56%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%).The pustular regression and hospitalization time were(2.12±0.56)d and(3.24±0.82)d,respectively,compared with the control group(3.42±0.76).d,(5.10±0.35)d was short,the incidence of adverse reactions(6.67%)was lower than that of the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of external application of Chinese medicine combined with early nursing intervention can improve the efficacy of neonatal pustular rash,accelerate the regression of pustular rash and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
