针灸疗法在小儿脑瘫中的应用与展望

摘　　要：小儿脑瘫是临床上较为常见的一种疾病,是在儿童早期出现的永久性运动障碍性疾病,具有较高的致残率,给患儿、家庭以及社会带来沉重负担。现如今,随着医疗技术及抢救水平的不断提高,小儿脑瘫的成活率亦随之增加,因而,为临床康复工作带来许多新的挑战。目前,康复训练的项目有很多,如PT、OT、ST、按摩、理疗等,选择恰当的康复治疗项目,为患儿制定适合其自身运动能力的康复训练方案尤为关键。在小儿脑瘫的康复中,采用中医针灸的方法治疗能够得到良好的效果,不仅能够有效地改善患儿局部微循环的功能活动,还能够加快细胞功能的代谢,从而显著提高患者的生活质量,保证其健康的恢复。Cerebral palsy is a common disease in clinical practice.It is a permanent movement disorder disease in early childhood,which has a high disability rate and brings heavy burden to children,families and society.Nowadays,with the continuous improvement of medical technology and rescue level,the survival rate of children with cerebral palsy also increases,which brings many new challenges for clinical rehabilitation.At present,there are many rehabilitation training projects,such as PT,OT,ST,massage,physical therapy,etc.It is particularly critical to select appropriate rehabilitation treatment projects and formulate rehabilitation training programs suitable for children's own sports ability.In the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy,the treatment of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion can get good results,which can not only effectively improve the functional activities of local microcirculation in children,but also accelerate the metabolism of cell function,so as to significantly improve the quality of life of patients and ensure their healthy recovery.
