摘　　要：自2019年12月以来,湖北省武汉市陆续出现新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-2019)病例。人类对新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)缺乏免疫力,普遍易感,尤其是老年人或存在基础疾病者。由于器官移植受者术后需应用免疫抑制剂,机体免疫功能下降,属2019-nCoV感染高危人群。在COVID-2019疫情期间,为避免发生供者来源感染,造成疫情扩散,青岛大学附属医院肝脏病中心制订了一系列针对性的院感防控措施。COVID-2019疫情期间,在器官捐献工作中加强、落实好各项院感防控措施,仍可安全开展器官捐献工作,保护有限和宝贵的供器官资源。A new infectious disease called COVID-2019 had appeared in Wuhan City,Hubei Province since December 2019.Everyone is susceptible to 2019-nCoV,especially older people and those with underlying conditions.Solid organ transplant recipients are exposed to a high risk for 2019-nCoV because their immune systems are weakened by the postoperative administration of immunosuppressants.During the COVID-19 pandemic,the Liver Disease Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University has introduced a series of pertinent measures for hospital infection prevention and control to avoid donor-derived infection.In this critical period,enhanced hospital infection prevention and control have been implemented to ensure organ donation in a safe and orderly environment,and preserve all organs for donation.
