摘 要:随着核电技术发展,核电厂的安全目标向扩展、深化的层次变化,新的核安全法规标准进一步提高了对核电厂安全的要求。设计扩展工况概念就是核电安全发展的重要内容。相对于设计基准工况,新核安全法规明确要求核电厂应设计具有用于设计扩展工况的安全设施。作为设计扩展工况安全设施的动力源,设计扩展工况电源的设计在核电厂电源系统设计中具有十分重要的作用。本文介绍了压水堆核电厂电源系统组成及设计,分析了新法规标准下设计扩展工况及其应对基本要求,并对设计扩展工况电源设计依据、要求和应用进行研究,提出了三代核电的设计扩展工况电源设计对策。Along with development of nuclear power technology,the safety objective of nuclear power plant is extended and deepened,and the safety requirement is further improved by the new nuclear safety regulations and standards.The concept of design extension conditions is the important developing content of nuclear safety.Not only to design basis conditions,but also the safety feature for design extension conditions is explicit required in the new nuclear safety regulations.As the power source of safety feature for design extension condition,design extension conditions power source is very important in the design of the whole nuclear power plant power supply systems.The paper introduces the composition and design of power source system in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant,analyzes the design extension conditions and their basic coping requirement,and researches into the basis,requirement and application of design extension conditions power source,proposes the solution to design extension conditions power source design.
