摘  要:为改善煤沥青路用性能,采用环氧树脂预聚物对煤沥青进行改性。通过室内试验对环氧预聚物改性煤沥青混合料的高低温性能、水稳定性、疲劳性能进行了研究,并与相同级配的70号石油沥青混合料进行对比。结果表明:环氧预聚物改性煤沥青混合料动稳定度为2368次/mm、综合稳定指数为1337.1次/mm2,高于70号石油沥青混合料的1750次/mm和886.5次/mm2;最大弯拉应变为2474.4με、低温断裂能为0.0532MPa,高于石油沥青混合料的2322.3με和0.0512MPa;残留稳定度为96.7%、冻融劈裂残留强度比为90.1%,高于石油沥青混合料的88.3%和79.5%;环氧预聚物改性煤沥青混合料回归疲劳方程斜率绝对值为4.058,高于石油沥青的3.381,应力比低于0.4时,疲劳寿命优于石油沥青混合料。In order to improve the performance of coal asphalt road,epoxy resin prepolymer is used to modify coal asphalt.The high and low temperature properties,water stability and fatigue properties of epoxy prepolymer modified asphalt mixture are studied through the performance test of the mixture.The results show that the dynamic stability of epoxy prepolymer modified asphalt mixture is 2368times/mm,and the comprehensive stability index is 1337.1times/mm squared,which are higher than the 1750times/mm and 886.5times/mm squared of no.70petroleum asphalt mixture.The maximum bending strain is 2474.4μεand the low temperature fracture energy is 0.0532MPa higher than that of 2322.3μεand 0.0512 MPa.The residual stability of 96.7%and the freeze-thaw splitting residual strength ratio of 90.1%were higher than that of 88.3%and 79.5%of petroleum asphalt mixture.The absolute slope of regression fatigue equation of epoxy prepolymer modified coal mixture is 4.058,higher than 3.381of petroleum asphalt,and the fatigue life is better than petroleum asphalt mixture when the stress ratio is lower than 0.4.
